What type of payments do you accept?

We accept all major credit cards: American Express, Discover, Master Card And Visa.
We also accept checks and cash; However we do need to have a credit card on file to
confirm your reservation.

Are you Associated or a part of Rare Elegance Limousines?

No... We are a totally different company, with all our own newer and nicer limos. So
Give us a Call, let us excide your expectations.

What is your cancellation policy?


Can we squeeze 9 people in an 8 passenger limousine?

For insurance purposes we can not allow that to happen. Insurance will only cover the
capacity the vehicle is rated for.  this is for your safety as well as your guests.

Can we drink alcohol in the limousine?

Of course, if you are over the age of 21 (State law)  You can present the driver with a photo id. 
It is against state law for limousine operators in Wisconsin to supply alcohol. Customers may
provide their own alcohol. Elegant Image will supply water, soft drinks and Ice at no charge.

Is there a place for me to view the limousines before I rent one?

Absolutely!  Elegant Image will be more than happy to let you view and inspect the limousine's
before making your decision.  Our spacious vehicles are a great way to keep your whole party
together. Please contact us to schedule an appointment for viewing.

Do I need to sign a contract to rent a limousine?

Elegant Image will provide a contract to all customers.  This is to secure services you are looking
forward to on your special day.  Additionally, you should never be asked to pay the full fare in 
advance of your wedding day.  A fair deposit of 50% is considered the industry standard.  Any
company asking for the full balance, plus gratuity should be a sign to be cautious!

Do you have insurance?

All vehicles and employees are fully insured.  If you have questions about the extent of our insurance
coverage for your corporate account, please call and we will be glad to provide you with the information
you require.
